Amazon is reporting almost 50% more revenue and number of orders than STK

Hi,

The issue is still happening this morning, and I’m fairly certain it’s a glitch on Amazon’s end. I’ve only had a few actual orders this morning since it’s still early, but the Amazon Seller App summary screen is showing exactly double the number of orders and revenue compared to what’s showing in STK.

Interestingly, if I go into the Orders screen in the Amazon app, it reflects the real number of orders, same as STK, so clearly the summary data is off. I’ve reported it to Amazon, but I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this right now (or has in the past). A bit concerned it might affect payouts or referral fee calculations.

Yes, this type of discrepancy between the Amazon Seller App summary screen and actual order data has happened before and is usually just a temporary display glitch on Amazon’s end, it doesn’t typically affect payouts or referral fee calculations since those are based on actual order-level data, not the summary dashboard. If the Orders screen and your STK data match, that’s a good sign that your real figures are intact. It’s still a good move that you reported it to Amazon, but you can expect it to resolve on its own without impacting your financials or account metrics.
