Hi,
Take a look at the reimbursements.
I’m curious if anyone has appealed their refund amounts?

Yes, it’s ridiculous. Fraudulent customer returns are being marked as “lost,” and they reimburse about 50% less than your cost price. I just give up, might as well bang my head against a brick wall.
Amazon decides what the “real money back” is.
That’s the new policy effective in a few months. Currently it’s based on the average sales price over 180 days.
Opening a case may help.
Would using a tool like STK and opening a case through it be helpful?
I always cover the purchase price on the invoice, and to my surprise, in 95% of cases, I receive a price much higher than the purchase price. In the remaining 5% of cases, I get the purchase price per product. Perhaps this could be the solution to cover the purchase price when providing the invoice to Amazon.
Yes, it helps to track where Amazon owes you money.
Rules have changed.
Still working on EU marketplace.
Great information…
