My name is Nuzhat Shazad. I’ve been working as a small Amazon seller for the past few years. I built everything slowly — packing orders myself, dealing with customers, and trying to make an honest living.
A few months ago, something terrible happened. Amazon froze $17,000 of my earnings from orders that were already delivered to customers. I didn’t break any law or take anyone’s money — this is money I actually earned.
I followed Amazon’s process and filed an arbitration to fight for my funds. I even paid the initial filing fees. But now my case is suspended because I can’t afford the $1,600 arbitrator fee. If I don’t pay it before the deadline, the case will be closed, and I’ll lose every chance to get my money back.
For Amazon, $1,600 is nothing. But for me, it’s everything. I’ve worked so hard for that $17,000. I’m running a GoFundMe campaign to try and raise this amount. If anyone can help — even a small amount — or just share my campaign, it could keep my case alive.
