Amazon is displaying Free Returns on our item (FBM (merchant fulfilled) and not a fashion item)

Hi,

The returns request was simply the customer has changed their mind, so the item is not defective.

They weren’t offered a pre-paid returns label during the returns authorization.

They are now expecting us to pay for the return - it is expensive as it is a large item (£30 returns cost)

I realize it is free returns for FBA but FBM with buyer remorse/change of mind?

You should check your return settings to ensure that you’re not offering free returns to customers. If it still doesn’t work, you should contact Seller Support.
