I don’t believe that they accept payment in instalments. You will need to take out a loan if you can’t pay it off immediately…

You pay them by bank transfer.

Open a case and/or email them asking if you can pay in instalments or take from you cash reserve.

My total cash reserve is around 600 but the liability is 1200, will they cooperate with me to pay partially?

You’re best asking them for a definitive answer. But as you are asking me, not an Amazon employee, I don’t think they will. Remember that Amazon are in it for themselves, they are not keen to help sellers out.

But if you think about it, they have to pay HMRC so why should they pay out of the own money? They are not a bank.
