What should I provide? All the tracking numbers?
If so, what’s the best way to provide them?
Thank you.

You should provide the shipment tracking numbers for all inventory sent to Amazon. The best way is to create a document listing all tracking numbers along with the corresponding shipment dates and details. Then, upload this document through the Amazon Seller Central support ticket or as requested.
Go to the UPS website and show screenshots with all the tracking details for each shipment.
Very easy, just go through the interview, get the documents ready( company documents, invoices, order confirmation email, VA agreement, bank statement and receipts for the specific asin etc). After interview provide the documents if they ask. That’s all.
I’m already going through this. The interview is done and they asked for additional documents which I provided. They told me they would respond within five days, but it’s been 15 days, and I haven’t heard back from Amazon.
I have a private warehouse in the US. For each shipment I buy from a supplier of 2000 products, I usually ask them to send it to my private warehouse. Then I divide it into 4 and create an order to transfer each shipment from my private warehouse to Amazon’s warehouse, 500 products at a time. So when Amazon asks me to provide shipping documents for the shipment, will I provide the tracking number of the 2000 pcs shipment from the supplier’s warehouse to my private warehouse and the tracking number of the 4 shipments from my private warehouse to Amazon’s warehouse? because amazon needs proof of authenticity of the shipment. will that be accepted by amazon? thank you
@QuangPham Yes, Amazon typically requires a clear and complete paper trail to verify the authenticity of your products. You should provide the invoice and shipping documents for the 2,000-unit shipment from your supplier to your private warehouse to show the source of the products. Additionally, include the tracking numbers and shipment details for each of the four 500-unit transfers from your private warehouse to Amazon’s fulfillment centers. This ensures Amazon has a full record of the supply chain, which should meet their requirements for proof of authenticity. Make sure all documents are accurate, legible, and match the product details.
Thank you so much.
You should update the FBA shipment with the tracking number from your warehouse to Amazon’s location.
