These updates are designed to help sellers like us improve our customer segmentation and engagement strategies. Here’s what’s new:
They’ve added a “New Audiences” feature. This tool can now point out two important customer groups: “Declining Top Tier” and “Declining Promising” segments. Essentially, it’s giving us a heads-up on which valuable customers might spend less in the coming year.
There’s also a new “Cart Abandoners Audience” feature. This one’s pretty handy - it helps us identify and potentially win back customers who’ve added our products to their cart but didn’t follow through with the purchase.
