Amazon has recently rolled out some new features in their Brand Analytics tool

These updates are designed to help sellers like us improve our customer segmentation and engagement strategies. Here’s what’s new:

They’ve added a “New Audiences” feature. This tool can now point out two important customer groups: “Declining Top Tier” and “Declining Promising” segments. Essentially, it’s giving us a heads-up on which valuable customers might spend less in the coming year.

There’s also a new “Cart Abandoners Audience” feature. This one’s pretty handy - it helps us identify and potentially win back customers who’ve added our products to their cart but didn’t follow through with the purchase.

Yes, I have also started running this cart abondners campaigns for one of my client stores and it is bringing me 1300 GBP sales lift daily on an avg. There were 90000 shopping cart abondners in the last 90 days.
