After 1.5 years of back-to-back suspensions, round after round of virtual interviews, all kinds of performance notifications… Stressful but each time was a learning curve I managed on my own.
Today again I hesitated to open another message from Amazon performance team… expecting bad news. Instead, it was good… my reserve period is now 7 days instead of 14, Perfect timing, with Q4 just around the corner.
