Amazon.fr – 3 Patent Infringement Complaints, Appeals Rejected Within 30 Seconds

Hello everyone,

I am an FBM seller on Amazon France and recently received 3 Patent Infringement violations. My Account Health Rating has dropped to around 140, and I am concerned about the risk to my account and the funds currently held in the business.

I have never sold any units of the affected products.

I submitted the requested supporting documents through Account Health, but my appeal was rejected. Amazon is asking for one of the following: a Letter of Authorization/licensing agreement, invoices proving the products were purchased from the rights owner or an authorized distributor, or a retraction from the rights owner.

What concerns me most is that every time I submit additional information, I receive the exact same rejection response within approximately 30 seconds. I have also reorganized and reformatted the documents before resubmitting, but the response still comes almost immediately.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation on Amazon.fr?

I would especially appreciate advice on:

  • whether these instant rejections are likely automated,
  • the best way to escalate the case for manual review,
  • whether having zero sales on the affected ASINs makes any difference,
  • and what steps I should take now to protect my account and Account Health.

Any guidance from sellers who have successfully resolved a similar IP/patent complaint would be greatly appreciated.
