Amazon FBA refund expenses

if there are refunds due to missed fulfillment promise and damage in transit by Amazon in FBA, is it seller’s cost of doing business?

Yes, the responsibility for the damaged units lies with the seller, as they do not directly belong to the seller. Therefore, you can file a claim for the damaged units. Please initiate a live chat with an Amazon associate and explain the entire situation to them. They may be able to reimburse you. It’s worth a try, so go ahead and do it.

You will be reimbursed after 60 days. There is no need to call/ chat with them. They usually come automatically.
