Amazon FBA discrepancy

Hello everyone,

I sent 250 pieces of one product to Amazon, but Amazon received only 249. Now it shows one unfulfillable and 2 reserved.

When I checked under “Manage Orders,” it shows 226 orders with 3 pending payments. Also, when I checked under the transaction view of the payment board, it shows 150 payments.

How can I determine how many pieces are missing, and how can I make a claim for those?

Check your inventory reports to see if the missing unit is still in transit or if it has been lost. You can find your inventory reports by going to your Amazon Seller Reports > Fulfillment by Amazon > Inventory Adjustments
