I have applied to sell using my Brand name. I don’t have brand registered yet. But I have uploaded the product photos with my brand name printed on the packaging but Amazon declined my request.
Any idea what to do?

You should apply to resolve error 5665 for brand name approval. Once you receive approval from Amazon, you will be able to list products under that brand name and use it on product packaging.

Until your brand is approved and trademarked, you can list the item as a white label product, which will help your listing get older and aged. it will help you a lot in a short time after brand approval and trademark.

If Amazon declined your selling application because you haven’t registered your brand name yet, even though your product photos display your brand on the packaging, the best course of action is to enroll in Amazon’s Brand Registry program using a pending trademark application through their “IP Accelerator” feature, which allows you to list products under your brand while your trademark is being processed.
You should submit real life background images of your product packaging. Your brand name should be permanently affixed on the product of packaging.
