I got a message from Amazon that they could not charge my card to settle the balance for Mexico marketplace.
The same card is used for US and Canada and is being charged with no problem!
Also why they don’t just take the amount they owe from my Amazon balance?
Please help!
It looks like many sellers are dealing with this.
Do you have any listings showing in Mexico? If yes, make sure you delete them.
Which card are you using as a charge method?
I use a Mastercard, and it is a debit card I believe, not a credit card. But even for the US when I first created the account, they asked for a credit card, and my debit card worked with no issues!
I just do understand why they do not take the due amount from my Amazon total balance?
I want to pay the due amount and then disconnect the Mexico and Canada markets…
