Hi, I sell on Amazon handmade. I’ve had an issue for a while where my parent listing can’t be edited. This seemed okay to me as I could still edit my variations but I ideally would like to edit my own parent listing as it’s my own product. The error is 5885 and it says I can’t edit an existing listing? My handmade products are classed under “Generic” and are not brand registered.
I have also just faced an issue of Amazon converting 2 of my other handmade listings to non-handmade and now I’m being charged different fees and other sellers could potentially list on my listing now? Why is Amazon messing about with my listings?
