How do we turn off the setting “Invoice is turned on for your account”?

This button is not responding, it can’t be clicked. Because of that, we are unable to make purchases.

Any solutions?

If the button isn’t clickable, then clear your cache or switch browser, sometimes it’s just a browser issue that can be fixed easily.

I don’t see the connection between “Invoice by Amazon” and your inability to make purchases.

Saying that, I don’t know why you can’t switch it off, maybe what @ahmad0 said or contact Business Customer Services.

If the “Invoice” toggle under Amazon Business Prime settings is unresponsive and preventing purchases, it’s likely due to a permission issue or browser glitch. First, try clearing your browser cache or using a different device to rule out frontend problems. If that doesn’t work, check that your user role has full Business Prime purchase permissions—some roles can’t edit invoicing settings. Navigate to Business Settings → User Permissions and ensure you’re assigned the correct role. If everything seems correct on your account and the button still won’t work, you’ll need to open a support case under “Business Prime Settings Issue” and explain that the toggle is disabled and blocking purchases. Injecting screenshots of the greyed-out button will help escalate the case.

No, it’s by default. Customer chat is unavailable. I have only call option.
