I’m enrolling a new brand using a pending USPTO trademark application. Amazon requires product photos showing the brand name permanently affixed to the product, which I have on my prototype.
My question is: Do the actual production units I sell on Amazon also have to have the brand name permanently affixed to them if the Brand Registry application was approved using photos of a branded prototype?
I’m considering having the brand permanently affixed to the prototype for Brand Registry, but not putting the brand on my first 300 production units. Has anyone actually dealt with this situation and can share their experience?
