Amazon Brand Registry not approved

Hi,

for some reason my brand keeps getting rejected on the brand registry. Its never been on there before.

Could it be as my brand name is still pending a patent?

Brand registry has nothing to do with patents.

Has your trademark been fully registered?

Are you using labels on the product for your brand? Not allowed.
Did you photoshop the brand onto a photo? Not allowed.

As @AmazonUKForumRefugee says, Amazon’s Brand Registry doesn’t recognize patents or copyright, just word mark brand names.

However, there are other legal means which you can use to enforce a patent. It would be better for your to apply into BR with a brand.
