Hello @Arkesh,

thank you for joining the forum. I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated due to Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints.

I have checked the entire deactivation notice which you received from Amazon and it appears like you attached your offers to various private label listings enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry, which led to them taking you down.

I am not sure how long have you been selling on Amazon, but you clearly lack experience and need to do a lot of research.

First of all, if you are going to sell a generic item from Alibaba, which you did not design or manufacture, you either need to create a new listing to list it as generic or you can list it under your own brand, which you can trademark.

You should never attach your offers against listings that have someone’s brand name inserted in the Brand field. In most cases, the brand owner has a trademark and will file an Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaint to remove you.

Now, you need to prepare a Plan of Action. However, you should only do so once you fully understand what went wrong and prevent it from happening again.
