I see that there are same items selling on Amazon website. Can I buy from Amazon and ship it to the customer who bought it from me (on Amazon)? Is this even legal to do?

Amazon frowns on this practice. You’re actually supposed to have your own inventory in stock. If you ship FBA, you are not to buy from Amazon’s inventory. You ship your inventory to them. Remember, Amazon is your competitor, not your friend.

This is called drop-shipping.
Amazon allows dropshipping, as long as you are identified as the seller on record.
You are not allowed to order from other retailers and have them ship to your customer’s addresses.
