All but one of my campaigns have disappeared

When I go into Advertising and look at my campaigns the window now looks completely different and all my old campaigns have disappeared. I have started 4 new ones over the last week of which only one is showing.

Is this one of those things where they have hidden all the information from us and it now takes 3 clicks to find it? If so, can someone point me in the right direction, please? (Apologies if this has been covered before but I’ve been away for a few weeks with limited access to a computer.)

Yes, this is a known Amazon Advertising UI change, and your campaigns haven’t actually disappeared.

Amazon has rolled out a redesigned Campaign Manager that defaults to filtered or collapsed views, which often hides older campaigns unless you manually adjust the settings. By default, the interface may only show certain statuses or recently active campaigns, making it look like everything else is gone.

You also now have to switch explicitly between Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, as they are no longer shown together. Go to Advertising → Campaign Manager in Amazon Seller Central, set the date range to “Lifetime,” remove any status filters such as Active, Paused, or Ended, and check each campaign type tab individually.

Once you do this, your older campaigns should reappear. Unfortunately, you’re not imagining it—Amazon has buried key information behind extra clicks, and many sellers returning after a short break have been caught out by this change.
