Do you use the UPS pallet option - how do you book a collection?
I have got the box labels and 4 labels for each side of the pallet but did not seen a UPS label with tracking.

Cheaper to send DPD now than on a pallet.
If you’re shipping to Amazon with the UPS pallet option, you’ll need to schedule the pickup rather than relying on drop‑off. After creating your FBA shipment in Seller Central and selecting “UPS pallet” as the carrier, Amazon provides pallet labels for each side and the top – but no tracking label like a box. You then arrange pickup through UPS online (My Choice or UPS.com), call your local UPS dispatch, or ask your prep center to schedule it using the shipment ID. UPS will scan the pallet when they collect it, and the tracking info links to that pallet scan. Make sure you have all the pallet labels attached and schedule the pickup with your Amazon shipment reference so UPS knows it’s destined for an Amazon warehouse.
UPS has been the cheapest option for some time however for us the quality of UPS has been horrible, they simply don’t turn up. We’ve not used them in about 5 years now. You will need to book the collection through a different site. It might have changed since then but it has been 5 years.
I never shipped a pallet with UPS, although I tried once but got confused in the end. Opened Amazon freight account and mostly shipping all pallets through them, some through palletonline.
You have to book UPS freight separately to get your pallet picked up, it’s not part of shipment. Keep in mind, those Amazon pallet labels are just for warehouse scanning, not UPS tracking.
Thanks
