Hello everyone,
Since yesterday afternoon all of my campaigns are stopped due to “advertiser out of budget” I add money to the campaigns but nothing changes.
I created a new campaign, changed the bids, the budget, and I have enough funds in my account.
Does anyone have any ideas of what might be going on and how to fix it?
Thank you very much!
Hey there,
Experiencing sudden campaign stoppages due to “advertiser out of budget” can be frustrating, but there are a few common reasons this might happen and steps you can take to address the issue:
-
Budget Allocation: Double-check that you’ve allocated sufficient budget to each campaign. Sometimes, campaigns can consume their budget quickly, especially if they are set to a high bid or if the keywords are highly competitive.
-
Campaign Duration: Make sure you’ve set an appropriate campaign duration or end date. If your campaign’s duration has ended, it might automatically pause until you adjust the end date.
-
Bids and Competition: Review your bid strategy. If your bids are set too high for the keywords you’re targeting, it can lead to your budget being exhausted quickly. Assess the competitive landscape and adjust your bids accordingly.
-
Daily Budget: Check the daily budget settings for each campaign. If your daily budget is very low compared to your bid amounts, your campaigns might stop running prematurely.
-
Ad Scheduling: Ensure that your campaigns are set to run during the desired timeframes. If campaigns are scheduled to run only during specific hours or days, they might pause outside those times.
-
Negative Keywords: Incorrect use of negative keywords could potentially prevent your ads from showing for relevant searches. Double-check your negative keyword lists to make sure they are not overly restrictive.
-
Funds Availability: While you mentioned having sufficient funds, ensure that the payment method linked to your account is valid and has no issues that might prevent the funds from being used.
-
Review Metrics: Analyze the performance metrics of your campaigns. If a campaign isn’t performing well, it might exhaust its budget quickly without generating satisfactory results.
-
Contact Amazon Support: If you’ve reviewed all the settings and nothing seems amiss, it might be worth reaching out to Amazon’s seller support. They can provide insights into any potential issues affecting your campaigns.
-
Pause and Restart: Sometimes, simply pausing a campaign and then restarting it can reset any glitches or issues that might have caused the “out of budget” message.
-
Campaign Duplication: Consider duplicating a campaign that was previously performing well and adjust the settings as needed. This might help you identify if there’s an issue with the specific campaign settings.
Remember that Amazon’s advertising platform can have occasional glitches or issues, so if you’ve gone through the above steps and the problem persists, it’s advisable to contact Amazon’s support for assistance. By troubleshooting systematically and adjusting your campaign settings based on data-driven insights, you can likely resolve the issue and get your campaigns up and running smoothly again.
