Hello,

Experiencing a sudden drop in impressions, clicks, and sales after consistent performance in your Amazon advertising campaigns can be concerning. While pinpointing the exact cause might require a closer look at your specific campaign settings and data, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Campaign Settings: Double-check your campaign settings to ensure that they are active and properly configured. Make sure your budget is set to a sufficient amount to allow for potential impressions and clicks.
  2. Bid Adjustments: Review your bid amounts for both auto and manual campaigns. If your bids are set too low, your ads might not be winning the ad auctions and receiving impressions.
  3. Negative Keywords: Check if you’ve accidentally added any negative keywords that could be blocking your ads from showing for relevant searches.
  4. Product Listing: Ensure that your product listing is active, in stock, and properly optimized. A listing with low relevance or quality might lead to reduced impressions.
  5. Seasonal Trends: Consider whether there are any seasonal or market trends that could be affecting your product’s demand. Certain times of the year might have lower search volume for specific products.
  6. Competitor Activity: Analyze whether there’s been an increase in competition for the same keywords or products. Competitive bids could affect your ad’s visibility.
  7. Platform Updates: Amazon’s advertising platform and algorithms can undergo changes. Check for any recent updates or changes in Amazon’s advertising policies that might affect your campaigns.
  8. Negative Performance Metrics: If your campaigns have been underperforming in terms of click-through rates or conversions, it might lead to a decrease in impressions. Regularly optimize your campaigns to maintain good performance metrics.
  9. Contact Amazon Support: If you’ve gone through all the above steps and are still facing the issue, consider reaching out to Amazon seller support. Provide them with the details of your situation and campaigns for more specific insights.
  10. Patience and Monitoring: Sometimes, fluctuations in performance can occur due to various factors. Continue to monitor your campaigns closely and give them some time to stabilize.

Remember that Amazon’s advertising platform can be dynamic, and changes in performance can be influenced by a combination of factors. By systematically reviewing your campaign settings, product listing, and market conditions, you can identify potential issues and take steps to address them. Wishing you a swift resolution and continued success with your Amazon advertising efforts. Stay safe as well!
