Sellers with high selling volumes or those who sell on multiple accounts, how do you track your inventory in your warehouses o r prep centers?
I have been using google sheets till now but looking for a better alternative like a dashboard where team can add product images, purchase orders, invoices, etc.
For higher-volume sellers or those running multiple accounts, many switch from Google Sheets to a dedicated inventory management system that gives you a dashboard, photo uploads, PO/invoice tracking and user permissions.
Tools like SoStocked, RestockPro or InventoryLab are very popular for Amazon-only operations and allow your team to manage inventory across warehouses/prep centers, upload invoices, track replenishment and get notifications when stock is low. If you’re also selling on other channels (eBay, Shopify) or using multiple warehouses, platforms like Skubana or Linnworks give more flexibility—they can pull in multi-channel orders, team tasks, attach images/documents to each SKU, and create centralized dashboards that replace spreadsheets.
My recommendation would be: pick one SKU category with high volume, trial one of these systems for a month, check how easy the team finds it, how well it integrates with your prep centers, and whether the cost justifies the time you save.
