Brands can now optimize their new customer acquisition strategy with new-to-brand conversion metrics for Amazon Attribution campaigns.
Amazon Attribution allows you to understand whether your own marketing channels and campaigns lead to a sale in the Amazon store. The new-to-brand metrics show whether a purchase for your brand’s product on Amazon was made by an existing customer or a new buyer.
To view new-to-brand metrics, go to Amazon Attribution in the advertising console, select a campaign, and choose the products report.
