Our account was suspended and Amazon still have 14K £. And basically there is not a valid answer from them .Once we summitted the plan of action they replied with the same questions over and over again we are going in circles . So for how long can Amazon hold your Money ? And from what day do they start counting the 90 days ?
They also owe me money frm an a to z claim dating back 26months yes 26 months and still not resolved .very bad service to the seller and I’ve not had any proper response.no wonder Amazon founder is a billionaire if the keep sellers money that is due to them.i will continue to fight it it’s my money and I want it back.
