Account still inactive after successful verification

Hello!

Is this the typical email you get after a successful video interview with Amazon (identity verification due to Section 3)?

I am asking because I still have my account in the status of Inactive, so I am wondering if I am missing something…

Thank you!

This email is a common one, but if your account is still inactive, you can respond to them again. Don’t place too much emphasis on this email.

This notification is regarding funds disbursement not Amazon reactivation.

Wait a few days, and if it’s still inactive, call them. Sometimes they forget to activate it.

Yes, after completing the video interview for identity verification under Section 3, Amazon typically sends an email confirming that your identity has been verified successfully, but that alone doesn’t always mean your account will be immediately reactivated. It’s common for the account to remain in “Inactive” status for a few more days while Amazon’s internal teams complete their review of your account, supply chain documents, or any other outstanding flags. If the email you received confirms successful verification but doesn’t mention full reinstatement, you’re not missing anything, it just means the process is still ongoing. Keep checking your Performance Notifications and Account Health regularly, and if nothing changes within 3–5 business days, you can follow up with Seller Support or the Account Health team to check the current status.

I got this email almost ten days ago. They told me the response would be within one to five days, so as you said, I’ll wait another day and then call them. Thanks!
