I got this from Amazon today! Should I be concerned?

It sounds like a velocity review. It’s when your sales reach a certain level and Amazon do some additional checks. They may ask for more info. Be patient, there’s nothing more you can do until they do.
Did you receive any performance warnings previously, or has your account ever been suspended due to a policy violation? It’s normal for this to happen, usually after you’ve made a change, such as updating your telephone number or address. I experienced the same thing a few months back. Do you sell through FBA or FBM?
Account reviews are normal when you are experiencing a sudden increase in selling volume.
As long as you are still able to sell, continue processing all orders just like usual. The review will last no more than 90days, unless you appeal or get suspended (as a result of it).

The sources of your inventory
Anticipated monthly sales on Amazon
The availability of items for shipping
