Account Health

I have two violations, they have not affected my health rating but would like some guidance on how to best deal with it.

First one: Product condition complaint, may have miss labeled this one, giving the customer the benefit of doubt.

Second one: Restricted product policy violations

Message from AMZ: The sale of products containing the ingredient butylphenyl methylpropional (Lilial) is not permitted on Amazon from 1 March 2022 on as it has been classified as a reprotoxic substance.

I have sold out on the second item, but this I imagine if I had went deep, would be in deep waters, data on product looked good and I purchased, didn’t even think about looking for ingredients that are prohibited by AMZ.

I replied to the second one, was very vague and mentioned stock has run out and I won’t sell it again.

AMZ replied back and said the following:

Your explanation should include the following information:

– How the removed listings have not violated our policies.

– Evidence that shows that the removed listings have complied with our policies.

I usually ignore the issue if it has no account health impact and I can still sell it unless I know I can get it removed without contacting a case worker. I don’t trust that the worker will make the right decision and remove the issue instead of flat out denying it and possibly restricting my listing.

For the 2nd one (restricted product policy violations) you cant do anything apart of closing and deleting the listing … (assuming you dont have the option to acknoledge the violation)

I do have the option to acknowledge it. But they didn’t seem to accept my answer when i replied to it by confirming i will remove the listing and not list it again.

If you have, then this is the easiest solution.
