Hello Everyone,

My Amazon account has been deactivated due to a product inauthenticity violation. I have every documents of the asin invoices, LOA, and payment proofs. After video call Amazon is asking for specific documents and information. Could someone help me out?

Take a look at the attached screenshot where I have highlighted two headings. I need to know what information I should provide under these:

  1. For the address section, which addresses should I mention? (It’s a USA LLC based account and LLC owner is Pakistani resident, We have opened main access only on a Turkish VPS only.)

  2. Since all orders were fulfilled through FBA, what type of fulfillment proofs can I provide?

So you are doing only Fba and you are being asked about a proof of fulfilment ? Are you sure no fbm at all?

Where is your seller account registered? At which address and how long have you been there?

Do you have any FBM orders?

It is a USA based seller account. We have opened main access on turkish

VPS only.

No, there are only FBA orders.
