Account deactivated without customer complaints

Hello everyone,

hope everyone doing well. I recently started selling in Amazon us.
I need some help and advice regarding section 3 counterfeit product please. I bought well known brand from a wholesaler and on Tuesday I received a email regarding this product is counterfeit.

I did supply invoices bank statement video call for id verification and chain of supply invoices and now Amazon deactivated my account they still believe product is counterfeit.

Is there anyone has experience with this kind of issue, please?

Are they a recognised wholesaler which is approved by the brand or your local cash & carry? How can you be sure that the product is not counterfeit? Have you compared to a product purchased from a large retail shop and does it look/feel identical is every way?

Amazon account deactivation can be very stressful, and it’s a very tough experience. But have you had anyone with experience regarding Amazon work it out for you? Well, let’s cut the long story short, I can help you. Please post the deactivation notice and let’s see if it’s still possible to get your Amazon account back. The review was rejected again. At present, I am refuting that the link itself is not established by the Acura brand and is compatible with the Acura steering wheel cover. Their customer service is contradictory. Yesterday, they told me that I need to submit the Acura brand, but before that they said that the Acura brand is not needed. It is a recognition error.
