Account deactivated without customer complaints

Hello everyone,

hope everyone doing well. I recently started selling in Amazon us.
I need some help and advice regarding section 3 counterfeit product please. I bought well known brand from a wholesaler and on Tuesday I received a email regarding this product is counterfeit.

I did supply invoices bank statement video call for id verification and chain of supply invoices and now Amazon deactivated my account they still believe product is counterfeit.

Is there anyone has experience with this kind of issue, please?
