this is the latest notification received, and the documents were uploaded the same day.

i received this notification on the 14th January and then provided with all docs that were asked.

then on 20th january \I got the following notification asking the following which i already did on 30 december

now my upload portal is open (on 14th jan ) and says the following

we have also address clarification letter signed, with evidence that the 2 companies registered on our address are independent, we provided bank statements of each, invoices of each, company docs of each and a signed letter declaring that there is no connection!

the latest notification from amazon on 27th jan after the call was the following:

what can be done further to activate my account, am I missing something then please let me know

Who owns the other company? Are you using a virtual address provider?

Have you received any recent response? These are just messages confirming that you spoke to Account Health Support and your submissions may be under a review.

This is a real residential address, there are two companies registered here, One is on amazon other one is a Medical services company, the psc of both the companies are different.

should I appeal this decision or got to Financial Ombudsman Office?

the last notification is conflicting to their previous messages, now
when i click nov 5 vioolation it takes me to business information page which says information page which is now green and verified and all the information in it is correct

when i click on jan 13 violation , it takes me to SUBMIT NEW INFORMATION BUTTON

how to resolve this violation, the jan 13 notifications says that multiple companies are registered at this address, we know that both are ours and one is on amazon and 2nd one is a medical services company which has nothing to do with amazon, the jan 13 notifications also says

how can I provide that ? i already provided vat submissions, utillity bill, bank statments, company docs, vat certificate, invoices from suppliers, and the confirmation of the operating address

What were the requests or violations that you received on the two dates mentioned?

I think that all you need to do is provide a short explanation. But I would advise you to repeatedly request a callback from Account Health Team and confirm through them what it is that you need to submit.

when i click submit new information it gives me two options
2nd options takes me here

and the 1st option asks for last three vat submissions, bank statements and utility bill, (already provided long ago)

i am worried about 2nd option as it says the following:

what further can be given as evidence to differentiate OUR two businesses registered on this address as one is AMAZON business and the other company is medical services company, both ours

Are you physically located at the address? There is a known list of businesses that provide virtual offices, utility bills etc. What are the other businesses at the address?

Are you saying that there are other Amazon sellers based at the same address?

It sounds like multiple other sellers were based at the same address, and those sellers were later deactivated.


yes we are phhysicall located at this address. I see only 2 companies at this address and both are ours but ONLY ONE is doing business on amazon, second is totally un related and has no business with retail trade or ecommerce.
I also searched the history of dissolved companies on this address and there are none.

we have all the related docs like business utility bill, bank statements, council tax bill, water bill, vat returns, invoices, fba labels
