Account Closed with no email from Amazon

Hello everyone,

thank you Kika for inviting me, I messaged you on OnlyFans. Maybe someone had the same problem in past, they closed my seller account but i didn’t recieved any email about this, i checked 100 times, sure any email.

And i don’t even know the reason l, because i didn’t had any issues or policy missconduct. I am confused now because i still have inventory and i was even waiting for an order to reach the warehouse.

Maybe someone know where i can contact them. I tried at help, made a ticket but any respons from them?

What about your buyer account? Are you able to login?

I still haven’t received any email with explanation. The only way I can contact them is through the help tab on the AmazonSeller central login page. From there I’m able to make a claim via email.

I am then sent an email in return stating that I will be in touch with a representative within 12 hours. I’ve made two claims already the first claim as well over 24 hours with no contact from any representative.

I got on the phone yesterday evening with a representative and they were asking me verification questions and one of the questions had to do with a PO Box. However, I do not have a PO Box and one is never been related to this account or business.

I’m gonna try and get on the phone with them again this evening.

Are you sharing access into your account with anyone else?

thank you for posting into our forum. I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been closed due to alleged misuse of Amazon’s services. Unfortunately, these account closures are quire rare and very difficult to get lifted.

A “closed” and not “suspended” account indicates a serious violation on the buyer side.

This would happen if you targeted another seller using your buyer account or if you misused Prime to dropship, by the way of example.

I would advise you to contact the buyer Customer Service to connect you to an account specialist.

Once Amazon closes your account, you are done. I sent multiple appeals and still nothing
