Good Morning,

Any way im done with have a gun to my head from amazon, how can I can get my stock back out of there. All I do with seller support is go around in circles. I have being storage for the last year on this stock by it cant create a removal order as the account closed the account cant be reopened. Any ideas?

Thanks
Anthony

Yes, they are doing this if you are established outside of the UK. You need acknowledge that you are not UK-based, even though you have a LTD in the UK.

Do you have the deactivation e-mail?

My Amazon account was deactivated after I listed a product, and I spent a long time trying to get it reactivated. Amazon kept requesting supplier invoices, and I was close to giving up on my account. Then I hired a lawyer who sent them a legal letter and then I got reinstated. Give it a try.

Can anyone help thats not a scammer?

When an Amazon account is fully closed and cannot be reinstated, the only way to recover inventory is through formal escalation rather than normal Seller Support, because standard removal tools are disabled.

You should open a written case specifically requesting inventory disposition due to permanent account closure and ask for escalation to the FBA Inventory or Account Health team, clearly stating that you are not appealing the suspension but requesting a one-time inventory removal or liquidation, as Amazon does sometimes allow this even when selling privileges are terminated.

If Seller Support continues looping, submit a written notice through Amazon’s legal or executive escalation channels stating that Amazon is unlawfully retaining your goods and charging storage fees without providing a mechanism for retrieval, and request either release of inventory to a carrier of your choice or forced liquidation with proceeds credited to you.

In parallel, stop further storage accrual by explicitly requesting liquidation if removal is refused, as liquidation is often easier for Amazon to approve than a physical removal. If Amazon still refuses to act, your last resort is a formal letter before action asserting conversion of goods and unjust enrichment, which often triggers internal action even when support has stalled, because Amazon is not legally entitled to hold inventory indefinitely once the account relationship has ended.

My Amazon account was deactivated after I listed a product, and I spent a long time trying to get it reactivated. Amazon kept requesting supplier invoices, and I was close to giving up on my account. That changed when I met a specialist who successfully completed the reactivation process for me. If you’re in a similar situation,

Stop it you scammer

Contact Amazon through the legal route, appealing is a waste of time, as @Tim-PPC said.
