Account blocked

Hello,

I’m from Belgium and I’m working on French Amazon platform.
So my account is blocked and they need a document of my company that Prouve’s that the company is mine. The documents that I send them via the center is rejected ( the document is from the Belgian government)
And I don’t get any correct help from the chat or the verification email that they have and my call me back is not active anymore to make it easier.
How I can provide them the document in an other way ???
Anyone ever had this kind of problem???
