i have just listed this 3 ASINs as “Generic” with generic descriptions while brand names are visible in the product images. Tried several appeals, Invoices are not accepted by Amazon.UK
To resolve the account deactivation, immediately remove all brand names/logos from product images, titles, and descriptions, even if listings are labeled as “Generic.” Delete the ASINs (UNINA, Kingdian, Sommanbullist) if you lack authorization to sell these brands.
Source valid invoices directly from the brand owner, manufacturer, or authorized distributor (not third parties). These must include your business name, supplier contact details, ASIN/product specifics, and proof of purchasing ≥30 units per ASIN within the last 180 days.
Draft a Plan of Action (POA) to submit with your appeal:
- Acknowledge the violation: Explain that listing as “Generic” while displaying brands in images breached Amazon’s policies.
- Corrective actions: Confirm brand removal from content and deletion of unauthorized ASINs.
- Preventive steps: Commit to image audits, staff training, and enrollment in Amazon Brand Registry (if applicable).

its not possible to edit the ASINs since the account is already deactivated. I have removed and deleted these ASINs. just listed only no sold any.
Its hard to get the verified invoices from the suppliers from China (sourced from Alibaba)
