1599 units sold, no complaints, but this buyer believes he has bought a fake item !.
He does not want to return it but wants a refund… Why would you still want to keep a fake item??

However, I was surprised to see that Amazon has removed the feedback; I did not expect this

They basically said they want to keep the product, even though its “fake”, lol - sounds like they’re trying to some free product

They do remove all feedbacks related to FBA products . At least they did so always in my case

Good chance your listing gets deactivated and you get an authenticity complaint so have your invoice ready
