A little trick to help you both build a deeper relationship with a supplier and scale your business

  1. Ask them to send you an inventory file of all their available products and quantities.

  2. Sort the list by quantity and focus on the ones they have a lot in stock (they are definitely looking to offload these).

  3. Find these products on Amazon, and see which ones are either:

a. profitable, or

b. need a small discount to become profitable

Ask for a bulk discount on these products, you can buy profitable stuff this way to scale your business, and your supplier, or rep, will love you for it!
