Just curious to see what reasons other people contact support for. I know resellers and brand owners typically have different volume of requests for specific issues.
I contact the Seller Support very rarely. And when I do, the responses are as unhelpful as they can be.
Thankfully, with my expertise I am able to resolve most issues on my own.
If I have a serious issue with the account that requires fixing, then I contact them by Twitter.
I really despise Amazon customer services. They seem intent on not helping you. Even stuff like reducing the time they leave cases open for to 24 hours seems there to reduce their willingness to help
