What are you doing with products that are no longer profitable?

I’m finding that some of the products I initially bought are no longer profitable in fba (I’m using seller amp). I believe that leaves me three choices. First hold item to see if it changes as some sellers sell off their inventory. Two list as fbm. Three list on eBay. Is there any preference among other sellers with more experience? If I list fbm with Amazon is it done the same way through seller central (just find a box that must say fbm instead of fba?).

Hello @Akish

First hold item to see if it changes as some sellers sell off their inventory

Unless you see other sellers selling off their inventory, you could remove them FBA to avoid all the FBA storage fees.

Two list as fbm.

That would be most cost effective way to handle them. You could reduce your price to get the Buy Box, which would give you a greater chance of selling them.

Three list on eBay.

You could list them on both. However, you to be conscious of Amazon’s price parity policy, so you can’t sell at a price lower than your offer on Amazon.

Your listings already exist on Amazon’s selling platform. All you have to do is convert the FBA listings back to FBN.
