I agree with @skeeter that you shouldnât be sending a Plan of Action. But on the basis that you shouldnât poke a sleeping bear. Trust me, the review will be over soon. It must be related to the Authenticity Complaint.

Pleased to report that funds were released fully on 31st Oct in the evening. For the record there were no emails (checked spam) or notifications in the account, both when it happened or after the funds were released. Absolutely zero communication, I just checked my account the other night and full amount was available for disbursement as if by magic. Total time frozen was 23 days. Damage is done for Q4 but relieved its over. Thanks all for input.

Glad you got up and running again.
Just shows ungrateful and disrespectful amazon is to their 3P sellers.
I would like to see some one shut amazon down for 23 days like they did to you and so many others.
They would have their social steering groups hitting all the social media sites and calling in favors from the media. Pretty sure whomever dared to shut down amazon would be bombarded with social media and media attacks.

It could be international Amazon site. You need to visit performance notifications section of all Amazon marketplaces where you sell one by one.
