The listed product was found to violate the TikTok Shop UK Anti-Counterfeit Policy. This includes displaying brand names, logos or trademarks in product images or descriptions without authorisation from the brand owner. The affected product has now been frozen.
The product will no longer be visible to customers and cannot be altered or updated by the seller.
I’ve had this same issue!! I’ve been selling a 3d printed item that a bunch if other people are selling now but I got dinged for counterfeit or knockoff. It is literally a keychain that is in the shape of a tumbler. I fought it for days with appeals and tickets including screenshots of others selling the exact same thing and I basically was told there is nothing they can do. I’ve had my shop for nearly a year and until this violation I had never had any violations on my account other than 1 late package because I had just had an outpatient surgery and was in the hospital longer than planned. But they don’t care. I’m still angry about it
