Significant discrepancy

Hello,

any help would be great. So over the course of 6 months I have pulled a total of 1770 units out of Amazon to our warehouse in 4 lots. I have now realized we are short of 449 units out of that much.

What’s the process for getting anything out of Amazon for these missing units and it is obviously very hard to prove but if I don’t do something I stand to loose a lot of money. Any help would be amazing.

As @FunkyMonkey suggests, I would say open a case and show proof of that specific qty discrepancy and request and a reimbursement

Are you sure that is not attributed to internal theft. Over the years we have had that problem and it is VERY hard to track. One of them was so sneeky they were not caught until we were moving a warehouse. I opened one box because is seemed light and guess what…we checked more, ouch.
