Search Term Report

Hi everyone,

I have a quick question. For the last weeks I runned some automatic campaigns to gather information about search terms used. If I take a look at the report there arises some questions.

In the search term report there is a column “search term” and “impressions”. Are the impressions the total search volume of the search terms? or is that data giving false information because with the same search term there are multiple products of me shown in the advertisement? What conclusions can be made?

I’ll try and explain this as best I can.
The number of impressions is the number of times your items are shown to buyers. Therefore if you have 5 items in a campaign and all 5 are shown to a buyer when they search this will be counted as 5 impressions.
