Hi.

I’m a verified brand owner, new to Amazon Seller Central and almost ready to ship my first products. I’m just awaiting approval for my products from Amazon (have to supply a manufacturer invoice).

If I was to list my products on my website:

Can Amazon FBA fulfil orders from my website (even if I have to manually process - WooCommerce)?

Does this come under “Remote Fulfilment”?

How do I know what the postage fee is for Amazon to send a manual order? I can see my product has estimated “fees” on Seller Central, but I don’t know what to charge for postage on my website.

Also, at what stage do I find out which Amazon warehouse to send too?

I’m hoping it’ll be a warehouse close to Essex as that’s where my stock is held (my business is registered in the midlands - 4 hours away).

You are talking about MCF - Multi Channel Fulfilment. When you receive an order on your website, you create a manual order with Amazon.

Very possible but also very expensive and slow.

The rates are shown in the FBA rate card.
