Payment Failure campaign

Why would my advertising campaign show a status of Payment Failure?
This status has kept half a month
It has been a week since we updated the data of the credit card.
On the other sites of my account, like DE and IT, it is normal to run the advertising. Only the site of ES has that problem.
I have tried a another card and we have updated the data of credit card again. But the problem still exists.
Would you please help us refresh the status?
