OTP issues when trying to login

Anyone still experiencing OTP issues on VC. I am able to login but people in another office are experiencing problems. Any suggestions?

They also tried the call back option aside from text.

yes, this is a common issue these days, Amazon acknowledged it with an e-mail:

Reset it and use authenticator 2fa app, no phone codes.
