OTP codes not working

Hello everyone!

Has anyone experienced not receiving OTP on their mobile when putting the business info?

I set up authentication verification via app but this is not showing as an alternative option for receiving a PIN either.

I also tried adding my mobile number on log-in settings but it won’t let me do so.

I had same issue two weeks ago i think this happened when you’re using different IP address choose a call instead of text message

This should be received using an authentication app. Refresh it and try again

If you are using an iPhone or Android phone, you can try turning on Airplane Mode on your mobile device and then turn it off after a few seconds. This can help refresh your network connection and may help you receive the OTP
