Not eligible for EBC A+ content

So I am a new seller. when I am trying to apply my EBC on A+ content to my listing it says that I am not eligible. I have a registered brand, and I have double check the spelling as the Info icon states could be the issue, and the spelling is correct.

Can anyone shed some light on what may be the issue.

I contacted seller support but they still says the case is pending.

When you say you have a registered brand, do you mean your brand has been approved for Amazon Brand Registry?

No. I am a new seller, but my trademark is active.

Firstly, get yourself registered and approved on the Amazon Brand Registry. This is the eligibility criteria.
