No option to research missing units

I’d like to hear your opinions, suggestions, or any workarounds for the issues we encountered.

We’re facing discrepancies with one of our FBA shipments, and unfortunately, there were no options to “research units.”

Just open a case and keep providing invoices and escalating it - theyll reimburse it

Agree. Same happened with me. I provided all evidence and was properly reimbursed
